Ergil Bains & Associates Ltd. is a full service Real Estate Appraisal and Reserve Fund Study company in Edmonton. We are currently looking for a candidate or designated Residential Real Estate Appraisers to conduct appraisal assignments in the greater Edmonton region.
Our mission is to provide the successful applicant with an environment that will lead to professional success.
The successful applicant:
- Should have knowledge of residential appraisal techniques; however, training to complete a variety of residential valuations including: single family, duplexes, vacant lots and condominium properties will also be provided.
- Be a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) or in the process of joining.
- Be a member of the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) or in the process of joining.
Additionally, opportunities for appraising commercial properties and conducting reserve fund studies will exist for successful applicants.
